Wirtualne Miasto stanowić będzie innowacyjny system informatyczny, zaprojektowany w celu zapewnienia mieszkańcom, przedsiębiorcom oraz organom administracyjnym narzędzia do aktywnego uczestnictwa w kształtowaniu przyszłości Miasta Jarosław.

Głównym celem wdrożenia tego systemu będzie poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców poprzez:

1. Stworzenie wszechstronnego katalogu łatwo dostępnych e-usług publicznych i prywatnych.
2. Ułatwienie dostępu do informacji o mieście oraz jego wydarzeniach.
3. Usprawnienie komunikacji między mieszkańcami, samorządem i przedsiębiorcami.
4. Wspieranie lokalnej przedsiębiorczości.
5. Zwiększenie dostępności usług dla wszystkich użytkowników.
6. Modernizacja procesów miejskich przy jednoczesnym usprawnieniu pracy urzędu.

Ten system stanowił będzie istotny czynnik promujący przyciąganie nowych mieszkańców do Jarosławia poprzez zaangażowanie wielu podmiotów i usługodawców w proces współtworzenia i rozbudowy tego rozwiązania. Dzięki temu wzmocnione zostaje poczucie lokalnej tożsamości oraz zacieśnienie więzi społeczności miejskiej.

System z punktu widzenia mieszkańca, przedsiębiorcy, turysty ma być „miastem w pigułce”, które umożliwi załatwianie różnych codziennych spraw w jednym miejscu, a zastosowane rozwiązanie ma w przyszłości integrować i skupiać coraz to nowe usługi.

System Karta Mieszkańca to produkt, dzięki któremu więcej mieszkańców rozlicza PIT w mieście. Dzięki Karcie mieszkańcy będą mogli korzystać ze specjalnych ofert, zniżek, usług cyfrowych, programów lojalnościowych, parkingów czy komunikacji miejskiej i mieć ją zawsze pod ręką - w portfelu lub telefonie.

Virtual City will be an innovative information system designed to provide residents, entrepreneurs, and administrative bodies with a tool for actively participating in shaping the future of the City of Jarosław.

The main objective of implementing this system will be to improve the quality of life for residents by:

• Creating a comprehensive catalog of easily accessible public and private e-services.
• Facilitating access to information about the city and its events.
• Enhancing communication between residents, local government, and entrepreneurs.
• Supporting local entrepreneurship.
• Increasing the accessibility of services for all users.
• Modernizing urban processes while streamlining the work of the city office.

This system will be a significant factor in promoting the attraction of new residents to Jarosław by involving many stakeholders and service providers in the process of co-creating and expanding this solution. This will strengthen the sense of local identity and tighten the bonds within the urban community.

From the perspective of a resident, entrepreneur, or tourist, the system is to be a "city in a nutshell," enabling various daily matters to be handled in one place, with the applied solution integrating and encompassing more and more services in the future.

The Resident Card system is a product that encourages more residents to file their PIT (Personal Income Tax) in the city. With the Resident Card, residents will be able to take advantage of special offers, discounts, digital services, loyalty programs, parking, and public transportation, having it always at hand – in their wallet or on their phone.
